The base Yippee Subscrippee consists of one 8oz bag of premium roasted coffee per month. Each month will be a new unique and exciting coffee.  
 
Four our fourth month here at Yippee Cafe we are bringing the heat and our first Guatemala! We first tasted this month's coffee from Finca Vizcaya a few months back before it landed in the US. 
 
While last month's coffee was an anaerobic fermented natural, meaning that the coffee was left to rest with the cherry still intact with low oxygen contact, this coffee from Finca Vizcaya is an experimental cool fermented natural.  By controlling the temperature of the fermentation environment Francisco Quezada of Finca Vizcaya gets to extend the time the cherries ferment, elaborating and developing sweetness. Expect your mug to explode this month with juicey ripe pineapple flavors and a whole lot of body.
 
$2 from every subscription this month will be donated to the Independent Restaurant Association founded by restuarant and bar owners across the US to save the small restaurants and bars affected by COVID-19 and the subsequent economic shutdown
