Boy Howdy this rum from River Antoine Estate in Grenada is something else. Popping open a bottle you instantly get a wave of salinity and ripe banana. We aged this delicious juice in a fresh Oak Barrel where it left behind an electric amount of funk and ester. These aromatics transformed what was a chocolate forward and rich washed Colombia from Finca El Diviso into Electric Kool-Aid. This brew is berserk and I can’t wait to do another batch.
